Probably the easiest diet to follow, cheap, easy, full of creativity and many different tastes. You get all your daily vitamins from the smoothies you will consume throughout the day that will leave you full of energy and make you feel like you can do anything. Your tongue wont ever get tired of the tastes because of the varieties of different fruits and vegetables, I used to do the smoothie diet, its an experience you'll remember because of how amazed you'll be.
